Abe i heared the discussion between you Tamagn and Juar. It was constructive and has to be continued. At the end Juar went because you directly interfere in the discusioon. This guy is a young intelectual and many people likes him on his BBC interview directly confront bereket simion that the 2002 election was wrong.
In your discusion i learn that he completely advocate OLF’S idea and article 39 of woyanes constitution which is not only acceptable but also not working in Etiopia.
Finaly which is our culture to respect our gusts that you ask an excuse that for the mistake you even don’t undeerstand. I feel sorry about that. I used think Jewar represented liberal thinking Oromos like me until one day he tried to speak for all Oromos on VOA by saying ‘NO OROMO will put Ethiopiawinet before Oromonet’. First of all, there is no such ultimatum but even if there is it is a matter for individuals to choose which one to put first. I have every right to give up ethnicity for national unity if it fits my believe that Ethiopia as country is more viable and important to me than my ethnic back ground. meaning, I have a right to choose to side with broad minded Oromos instead of the narrow minded once…Jewar can’t tell me to choose ethnicity over ETHIOPIA…..
